Harris v. Iannaccone

In Harris v. Iannaccone (107 AD2d 429, 487 N.Y.S.2d 562, affd 66 NY2d 728, 487 N.E.2d 908, 496 N.Y.S.2d 998), the court found that the plaintiff was entitled to a judicial forum to air his charge of discrimination. The plaintiff in Harris was a minority shareholder and officer of a corporation. His employment was allegedly terminated due to his disability, a progressive neurological disease.
