Koppel v. Koppel

In Koppel v. Koppel 52 AD2d 676, 382 N.Y.S.2d 143 3d Dept (1976), the Statutes adopted by the congregation explicitly provided for arbitration in case of disputes between the members: "Par. 10 Arbitration In cases of disputes between members and the house assembly, the latter decides. For such cases it may also set up a court of arbitration. . . . The latter's decision may be appealed at the house assembly which then makes a final decision, under exclusion of public jurisdiction."
