In the Matter of Domaniqua H., 1 AD3d 438, 766 N.Y.S.2d 900 (2nd Dept. 2003) the Second Department found: "The finding of neglect is supported by a preponderance of the credible evidence, which demonstrated that the mother's mental illness and refusal to undergo psychiatric treatment placed her child in imminent danger within the meaning of the Family Court Act 1012(f)."
