In Matter of Kelly F., 206 A.D.2d 227 (Third Dept. 1994), the Court held that an expert witness whose testimony consisted essentially of vouching for the credibility of the child failed to provide sufficient corroboration of the child's out-of-court statements to comply with the requirements of Section 1046(a)(vi) of the Family Court Act.
