Matter of Murphy v. Woods

In Matter of Murphy v. Woods (63 AD3d 1526 [4th Dept 2009]) the Court held that it was error to admit a mental health counselor's expert opinion, where it was based, in part, on interviews with collateral sources, and "the collateral sources did not testify at trial, and there was no evidence establishing their reliability" (63 AD3d at 1526).
