In Matter of Wendy P. and Valeria S.(2014 NY Slip Op 85220 [U] [1st Dept, October 2, 2014]), the Respondent Father/Person Legally Responsible for the Child (PLR) sought a stay in the Appellate Division, First Judicial Department, of this court's issuance of a protective order, which was almost identical to the one issued by the family court in this matter. In that case, the court's protective order barred unrestricted re-disclosure of confidential discovery documents and records to any persons other than those directly involved in the Article 10 proceeding in which the discovery was received.
