Peachy v. First 97-101 Reade Street Associates, Inc

In Peachy v. First 97-101 Reade Street Associates, Inc., 180 A.D.2d 474 (1992), the First Department reversed a denial of an amendment of a notice of lien which named an agent of the contractor. T he court, noting that the agent had the same address as the corporate contractor, applied the liberal construction provision of 23 to sustain its ruling.
