People v. Dolan

In People v. Dolan, 1 Misc 3d 32 (App Term 1st Dept. 2003) the Appellate Term, First Department held that to the extent the confession corroboration requirement applied in the context of a misdemeanor prosecution for driving while intoxicated, the requirement was satisfied by an information which contained non-hearsay allegations based upon the arresting police officer's own observations sufficiently corroborating the occurrence of the offense.
