In People v. Tolliver, 217 A.D.2d 978 (Fourth Department, 1995), the court held that the failure of the prosecutor to tell the Grand Jury that a prosecution witness had made a deal in exchange for favorable treatment did not impair the integrity of the Grand Jury inasmuch as such evidence was relevant only to the credibility of the witness.
