People v. Tralli

In People v. Tralli, 88 Misc. 2d 117, 387 N.Y.S.2d 37 (App. Term 9th/10th J.D., 1976) the defendant, who had been hired by the complainant to repair a piece of furniture in her home, "beckoned the complainant into the room in which he was working," "engaged her in conservation," and then, "under the pretense of having her inspect the repair work, he maneuvered her into a position whereby she would readily observe that he had exposed himself" - acts that the court found to constitute a "course of conduct" under Section 240.26(3), even though they were part of a single incident or occurrence. (Id. at 37-38.)
