Rahl v. Haynes 73 Corp

In Rahl v. Haynes 73 Corp., (117 Misc2d 571 aff'd 99 AD2d 529), the Appellate Division concluded that: (1) the plaintiff was required to pay her attorneys their full contingent fee; (2) DSS was entitled to recover the amount of the lien; (3) there was "no basis to require the DSS to pay a proportionate share of attorney's fees" (see, Rahl v. Hayes 73 Corp., supra, 99 AD2d at 530.)
