Rogers v. Rogers

In Rogers v. Rogers, 161 A.D.2d 766 (2d Dep't 1990) the Appellate Division affirmed the trial court's finding that Respondent did not commit specific acts of violence, but engaged in conduct that alarmed and annoyed the Petitioner. A determination that Respondent committed the Family Offense of harassment was proper. The Court issued an order of protection and an award of counsel fees under Family Court Act 842 (f).
