Starrett City, Inc. v. Brownlee

In Starrett City, Inc. v. Brownlee (22 Misc 3d 38, 874 NYS2d 663 [2nd Dept]) notices sent by the Petitioner to the tenant stated that in order to recertify the tenant had to contact "a staff member at the landlord's Management Office and that the tenant would be charged market rent if there was not compliance." However, the notices did not provide the name of the staff person at the property to contact, that individual's contact information, how the contact should be made, or the amount of the market rent.
