Wenger v. Goodell

In Wenger v. Goodell, 220 A.D.2d 937, a case emanating from the Appellate Division, Third Department, the court held that questions fact regarding whether a school district assumed a special duty to ensure that a student, who was injured in car he boarded at school that was subsequently involved in a collision, rode the school bus home precluded an award of summary judgment in favor the school district.
