In Re Berry

In In re Berry, 33 N.C. App. 356, 235 S.E.2d 278 (1977), the Court held that a condition that a juvenile not associate with "anyone of questionable character or who is on probation" was sufficiently specific to be enforced. In re Berry, 33 N.C. App. at 360, 235 S.E.2d at 280. In State v. Boggs, 16 N.C. App. 403, 192 S.E.2d 29 (1972), our Supreme Court held that the condition of probation requiring the defendant to "'avoid persons or places of disreputable or harmful character' was within the power of the court to impose." Boggs, 16 N.C. App. at 406, 192 S.E.2d at 31.
