In In re N.C.H., 192 N.C. App. 445, 665 S.E.2d 812 (2008), the record contained summonses captioned in the names of the juveniles and certifications from the guardian ad litem for the juveniles that she was served with copies of the summonses. The Court found that, in accordance with J.A.P. and S.D.J., the trial court had subject matter jurisdiction over the proceedings.
