Offerman v. Offerman

In Offerman v. Offerman, 137 N.C. App. 289, 297, 527 S.E.2d 684, 689 (2000), prior to separation, the wife froze funds the husband needed to comply with a business contract which resulted in the termination of that business relationship. The Court held that the action on the part of the wife, and its effect on the business, could be considered in an appraisal of the business. Offerman, 137 N.C. App. at 297, 527 S.E.2d at 688.
