State v. Pagon

In State v. Pagon, 64 N.C. App. 295, 307 S.E.2d 381 (1983), the police found marijuana in the defendant's pocket, and in two different places within the defendant's mobile home. Id. at 296, 307 S.E.2d at 382. The defendant was convicted and sentenced for both possession of marijuana with intent to sell and possession of more than one ounce of marijuana. Id. at 296-97, 307 S.E.2d at 383. On appeal, the Court held that the State had presented sufficient evidence of both charges to survive defendant's motion to dismiss. Id. at 299, 307 S.E.2d at 384.
