In Berus v. Ohio Dept. of Admin. Servs., 10th Dist. No. 04AP-1196, 2005 Ohio 3384, the Tenth District Court of Appeals concluded that "the phrase 'copy of such notice' means an exact duplicate of the notice of appeal filed with the agency." Berus at P10. The statute, however, does not say that the "copy" must be an "exact copy" or a "photocopy." Id. It only says that it is to be a "copy." Id.
