No. C.A. 23163, 2006 Ohio 4867, a father who feared that his daughter might have contracted AIDS when she stepped on a needle contaminated with blood from an unknown person and was told to return for a series of blood tests to determine whether she had been exposed to HIV fell "squarely into the class of persons discussed by the Paugh court," because he was a bystander to his daughter's injury.
