In Rehab Project, Inc. v. Sarno (1992), 80 Ohio App.3d 265, 608 N.E.2d 1188, Plaintiffs alleged civil RICO claims based upon allegations of receiving stolen property, theft, and conspiracy to conduct the theft and receiving enterprises. Each alleged criminal conduct is expressly included in the definition of 'corrupt activity' set forth in R.C. 2923.31(I)(2).
