Taylor v. Taylor

In Taylor v. Taylor (May 3, 1995), Richland App. No. 94 CA 67, 1995 Ohio App, the Court found the focus of any decision regarding child custody must be the best interest of the child and, where an award of custody is supported by a substantial amount of credible and competent evidence, it will not be reversed as being against the manifest weight of the evidence. Taylor, at 5-6.
