Crandell v. Pennsbury Township Board of Supervisors

In Crandell v. Pennsbury Township Board of Supervisors, 985 A.2d 288 (Pa. Cmwlth. 2009), a developer sought an injunction to prohibit the township supervisors from participating in any discussion or decisions relating to the development in question because of bias. The court denied the objecting neighbors' participation in the injunction hearing because of lack of standing, in that the objectors could not prove any interest in the outcome of the litigation which surpassed the common interest of all citizens.
