In Empire Steel Castings, Inc. v. Workers' Compensation Appeal Board (Cruceta), 749 A.2d 1021, 1024 (Pa. Cmwlth. 2000), the Court defined the substantial evidence standard of review as requiring such relevant evidence as a reasonable person might accept as adequate to support a conclusion. When performing a substantial evidence analysis, the evidence must be viewed in a light most favorable to the party who prevailed before the fact finder. Id.
