Glassmire v. Unemployment Compensation Board of Review

In Glassmire v. Unemployment Compensation Board of Review, 856 A.2d 269, 275 (Pa. Cmwlth. 2004), the Court stated: "We are bound to follow Pennsylvania law interpreting 402.1 of the Law and not the by the interpretation of 'reasonable assurance' set forth in the program letter. That said, Pennsylvania has essentially interpreted the term 'reasonable assurance' in accord with UIPL 4-87 through the issuance of its regulations."
