In re Conveyance of 1.2 Acres of Bangor Memorial Park to Bangor Area Sch. Dist., 130 Pa. Commw. 143, 567 A.2d 750 (Pa. Cmwlth. 1989) a municipality sought approval for the conveyance of park land to a school district. After hearing, the trial court entered an order on the petition, and an appeal was filed. The appealing party also filed exceptions which were never resolved. Despite the existence of outstanding exceptions, this Court declined to quash the appeal; rather, the Court disposed of the merits.
