Keane v. Commonwealth, Department of Transportation

In Keane v. Commonwealth, Department of Transportation, 127 Pa. Commw. 220, 561 A.2d 359 (Pa. Cmwlth. 1989), testimony adduced at trial supported a close succession of events between the time of an automobile accident and the arrival of police at the home of the licensee to investigate a reported domestic assault. The Court thus concluded that the police officer had reasonable grounds to believe that the licensee was operating his vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Keane, 561 A.2d at 361.
