Sladkin v. Greene

In Sladkin v. Greene, 359 Pa. 528, 59 A.2d 105 (1948), the seller initiated a specific performance action compelling the purchasers to execute an agreement of sale after they failed to appear on the date set for settlement. The Court concluded the seller, ready, willing and able to execute the sales agreement, was entitled to interest on the purchase money as of the settlement date identified in the parties' agreement.
