In Univ. City Hous. Co. v. Unemployment Comp. Bd. of Review, 114 Pa. Commw. 607, 539 A.2d 489 (Pa. Cmwlth. 1988), the Court described factors to be considered in determining whether a person exercises control in a corporation, including: the percentage of stock owned by claimant; whether claimant is an officer; the characterization given the employment relationship by laypersons; and, claimant's title.
