In Zachardy v. Geneva College, 1999 PA Super 155, 733 A.2d 648 (Pa. Super. 1999), appeal denied, 561 Pa. 700, 751 A.2d 193 (2000), the court affirmed the granting of defendant's motion for summary judgment under the assumption of the risk analysis. Therein a baseball player voluntarily and knowingly proceeded to play on a baseball field which had depressions/unevenness and injured himself while stepping into a hole.
