Davies v. Thomson

In Davies v. Thomson, 92 Tex. 391, 49 S.W. 215 (Tex. 1899). the plaintiffs sued for money and an interest in real property as their share of a joint venture. The trial court rendered judgment on a jury verdict awarding the plaintiffs money without mentioning the claim for an interest in real property. The Court held that the judgment disposed of both claims was therefore final and appealable. Davies, 92 Tex. 391, 49 S.W. 215 at 217
