Is a Confession During Arrest by An ''Invalid Warrant'' Admissible ?

The period between the arrest and completion of the confession was five hours. Id. The only intervening circumstance was a search for the body and a weapon. Id. Although the police arrested the defendant on an invalid warrant, probable cause existed at the time of the arrest, and the officer who made the arrest believed the warrant was valid. Id.
