Mackie v. Hill

In Mackie v. Hill, 16 Va. App. 229, 231, 429 S.E.2d 37, 38 (1993), the sole issue before the court was whether a property settlement agreement required the husband to maintain health insurance coverage for his former wife. See id. The only finding the trial court made was that the property settlement agreement was not incorporated into the final decree. See id. Under those circumstances, we held that the trial court's ruling was "narrow enough to make obvious the basis of appellant's objection." Id.
