Cope v. Town of Brunswick

In Cope v. Town of Brunswick, 464 A.2d 223, 225 (Me. 1983), the Court held that provisions in Brunswick's ordinance that the use requested will not adversely affect the health, safety, or general welfare of the public, and that the use requested will not tend to devalue or alter the essential characteristics of the surrounding property void for vagueness because the provisions required the board to perform legislative policy-making.
