A.S. Abell Co. v. Skeen

In A.S. Abell Co. v. Skeen, 265 Md. 53, 59, 288 A.2d 596 (1972) the Court of Appeals declared that, with respect to former Rule 563, dealing with the procedures involved in making a motion for a judgment n.o.v., the: "Rule shall not apply to cases tried before the court without a jury. It is quite clear, not only from this rule but also from out decisions, that a motion n. o. v. has no place in a non-jury trial."
