Adamowicz v. Town of Ipswich

In Adamowicz v. Town of Ipswich, 395 Mass. 757, 481 N.E.2d 1368 (1985), the Supreme Judicial Court interpreted G. L. c. 40A, 6, fourth par., to require the most recent deed or plan recorded prior to the zoning change as the significant document to determine the dimensions of a lot and whether a lot was in separate ownership.
