Carpentino v. State

In Carpentino v. State, 38 P. 3d 547, (Alaska App. 2002), the Court reversed Carpentino's convictions for sexual abuse of a minor. The Court reached this decision because the Court concluded that the trial judge mistakenly allowed the State to introduce evidence that Carpentino had gotten into bed with two other children in the same family (siblings of the victim named in the indictment).
