In Allstate Insurance Co. v. Universal Underwriters, Inc., 199 Ariz. 261, 17 P.3d 106 (App. 2000) the Court stated that when the parties seeking fees did not timely obtain leave to file the motion after the sixty-day filing period, the request for attorneys' fees was untimely. Id. at 266, P 16, 17 P.3d at 111. Although the Court decided that the fee request was untimely, we reversed the award of fees based on a determination that the court no longer had jurisdiction. Id. at 265-66, PP 14-15, 17 P.3d at 110-11.
