State ex rel. Corbin v. Superior Court

In State ex rel. Corbin v. Superior Court, 2 Ariz. App. 257, 262, 407 P.2d 938, 943 (1965), the trial court had vacated an order forfeiting bond because the defendant was in federal custody on the day he failed to appear for trial. The court remanded the case with directions to the trial court to permit proof of the dates of the offenses for which the defendant was confined. If any of the offenses were found to have been committed after the defendant's release on bond, the court directed that the order of forfeiture be reinstated.
