State ex rel. Romley v. Superior Court

In State ex rel. Romley v. Superior Court, 184 Ariz. 409, 909 P.2d 476 (App. 1995), the Court held that a person whose vehicle was damaged by the defendant was the "victim" of the charged offense of driving while intoxicated and therefore, under the protections of the Victims' Bill of Rights, he was entitled to refuse a deposition.
