State v. Cummings

In State v. Cummings, 148 Ariz. 588, 716 P.2d 45, 47-48 (Ariz. Ct. App. 1985) the court disagreed with the defendant's position that the adolescent victim's testimony that he was hospitalized and attempted suicide following sexual assault by his Boy Scout leader was immaterial. The court held the testimony was material because it supported that the alleged incident took place because the defendant denied the sexual conduct. Id. at 48.
