State v. Riley
In State v. Riley, 992 P.2d 1135, 1999 WL 759889 (Ariz. App. 1999), rev. denied, Jan. 4, 2000, the defendant was convicted of armed robbery as to each of six bank employees involved in defendant's theft of money from the bank.
Finding that the defendant had used deadly force against all six employees to prevent their resistance to the taking of money from the bank vault, division two upheld all six convictions. Riley, 992 P.2d 1135, 1140-1141 at PP17-19.
