Blosser v. Blosser

In Blosser v. Blosser, 2 Ark. App. 37, 44, 616 S.W.2d 29, 32 (1981), the appellant argued the appellee did not plead Oklahoma law, and thus the trial court should not have taken judicial notice of such law. Id. The Court stated that where the appellee stated in the complaint that the Arkansas courts should give full faith and credit to the prior Oklahoma decree, it was clear Oklahoma law was at issue. Id.
