Davis v. State

In Davis v. State, 330 Ark. 501, 506, 956 S.W.2d 163, 163 (1997) the Court declined to address the merits of Davis's argument that the only evidence that supported his conviction was the testimony of a child-victim, because Davis's motion to dismiss was not specific. See id. at 506, 956 S.W.2d at 163.
