Mosley v. State

In Mosley v. State, 40 Ark. App. 154, 844 S.W.2d 378 (1992), the Court reversed a conviction when the defendant was found with six other people in a small room in an apartment containing contraband and drug paraphernalia. The Court held that while control over the contraband may be inferred from the circumstances, the evidence was insufficient to permit that inference.
