O'Mara v. Dykema

n O'Mara v. Dykema, 328 Ark. 310, 942 S.W.2d 854 (1997), the supreme court affirmed the trial court's grant of summary judgment to the vendors because the purchasers failed to demonstrate a genuine issue of material fact that the vendors had known that the synthetic stucco on the exterior walls of the house they had sold was defective or that they had falsely represented that it was not defective.
