Trotter v. State

In Trotter v. State, 290 Ark. 269, 719 S.W.2d 268 (1986), appellant entered a grocery store, shot a man in the neck, reached over the counter, and pointed his gun at another person's head. When the gun misfired, appellant left the store and stood outside working on the gun, but ran off when a car pulled up. The Court held that those facts proved only intent to harm the men inside the store.
