Assilzadeh v. Cal. Fed. Bank

In Assilzadeh v. Cal. Fed. Bank (2000) 82 Cal.App.4th 399, the Court of Appeal concluded that a seller of a condominium unit had complied with its duty of disclosure by informing the buyer of the settlement of construction defect litigation related to the condominium project, and that the seller was not required to disclose its agent's opinion concerning the potential future market value of units in the project.
