In re Marriage of Hokanson

In In re Marriage of Hokanson (1998) 68 Cal. App. 4th 987 80 Cal. Rptr. 2d 699, the wife was guilty of dilatory conduct and of withholding material information when disposing of the community residence in a falling real estate market after the judgment of dissolution was filed and in violation of a court order to act as expeditiously as possible. This was a breach of fiduciary duty. (At pp. 990-991.)
