Branhaven Plaza, L.L.C. v. Inland Wetlands Commission

In Branhaven Plaza, L.L.C. v. Inland Wetlands Commission, 251 Conn. 269, 740 A.2d 847 (1999) the Court held that "section 22a-19 (a) allows any person to intervene so that private citizens are provided a voice in ensuring that the natural resources of the state remain protected. Because the plaintiffs filed a notice of intervention at the commission hearings in accordance with 22a-19 (a), they had standing to appeal the environmental issues associated with that commission's decision." Id., 276 n.9.
